Alhamdulillah, ISGM provides a secure donor dashboard where you can easily view your donation history and annual tax receipts at any time.
This guide walks you through the process step by step.
Step 1: Visit the Donor Dashboard
Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

Enter the email address you used when making a donation.

Click “Verify Email”.
For privacy and security, ISGM uses a password-less login system.
Step 3: Check Your Email and Confirm
You will receive an email from ISGM within a few moments.
- 1. Open the email titled “Confirm Email”.
- 2. Click “View your donation history”.
This link will securely log you into your donor dashboard.
Step 4: Access Annual Receipts and Donation History
Once logged in, you will see your Donor Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu:
Click Donation History to view all individual donations
Click Annual Receipts to view your yearly consolidated receipt
Step 5: View and Download Your Annual Receipt
Under Annual Receipts, you will see:
Year
Total Amount Donated
Number of Donations
View Receipt link
Click View Receipt to open your official annual tax receipt.
You may download or print this receipt for your records or tax filing.
Important Notes
- Annual receipts combine all eligible donations for that calendar year.
Receipts include ISGM’s 501(c)(3) information and EIN for tax purposes.
If you made donations using multiple email addresses, each email will have its own dashboard.
